I produced a 2-7min film in 48 hrs with Stephanie Susie Photography and Blake Chappell for Cinemaclique’s Summer 48 – Theme: cryptids. Subject element: Mothman. Much love to my wife Brooke Elizabeth (mothman), Sarah Chappell (journalist, writing assistant and makeup), and Jay Susie (Ingrid Cole and reporter) for all their hard work and putting up with the chaos!
It will be screened at The Liberty Theater in Murphysboro, IL along with 11 other teams films Aug 19th at 7pm followed by an award ceremony. Tickets are free with a suggested donation of 5-10 dollars. Come hangout!

This project was super fun even though it was an exhausting endeavor, quite literally! We had no idea of the theme or subject element for the film until the kickoff event and then off we went. If you’ve never participated in a 48 film challenge (and have even the slightest interest in film) I would highly recommend subjecting yourself to the chaos. I can’t wait to see all the film entries on the big screen and meet other local film makers.
